I ordered a size L for a S. The waist is really too big but I was able to adjust it easily with the elastic belt (I will order another in size M before the S ). Absorption is correct for a small amount or to avoid leakage in addition to a panty layer. After the test the bed is not wet. Drying in the sun in one day this summer but it is better to have two or three to have time to let dry when the weather is bad.
